Email Tagging by Date and Time of Email, not time of tag

Currently, when you tag an email, it imports the information into NEOS based upon the date and time you tag the email. With multiple emails often coming in at all hours, it would be best to have the tag read from the email header and tag based upon date/time received. This will allow the notes to remain chronological without having to manual alter the dates/times after tagging.

Please fix this so there is only one date column in the notes section. Make the date column the date a note was created or the the date an email was sent. Too many date columns make it very cumbersome to search.

i commented on this a year ago and still nothing has been done; this is simply a matter of calling for the date in the code to fill the date field; an easy fix

from a legal malpractice/record keeping standpoint, this is a CRITICAL issue, and should be easy to solve, the code tells Neos what date to grab, just change that to the original email date and time; how many users in a busy practice (which is why one would use Neos) can stop a zillion times a day and tag every email coming in to be sure Neos records the correct date and time... ??
