Ability to assign checklist items to multiple staff AT ONE TIME

This may not be beneficial for plaintiff firms but coming from the defense side of things this is a necessity! Having to enter a checklist items multiple times (partner/associate/paralegal) is a tremendous waste of time!!!!

Text Notifications

Allow the user to have e-mail notifications sent when a text is received rather than only being alerted inside of NEOS as you can with calendar, messages, etc.

Automatically add SOL as Outlook Calendar Entry with 30 60 90 day reminders

Value Tab- Have the list pull items in chronological order.

It would be helpful to have the list be able to pull the medical providers into documents from the value tab in chronological order of treatment rather than in random order.

Neos Icon in a tagged e-mail should have a link to a case.

In a tagged e-mail. it shows an icon that says Neos to show the e-mail has been tagged. It would be great if we could click this to go directly to the case it's tagged to. It would save so much time!
