Right now, posted messages are impossible to read at a glance from the Notes tab. The entire visible field is filled with the To, From, Date/Time info and the actual note can't be read without opening it up completely. Basically makes the Notes tab useless.

I totally agree. The actual note should be visible to not have to click open the whole note to read. Its unnecessary to have to see "TO, Taken by, Time, From, Firm, etc. ". We should be able to see the actual note in the heading.
