the way you have to pop back from tab to tab is so obnoxious. not only that it restarts you all the way to the top. NO i don't want to HAVE to open a whole other tab just to copy cases. it makes work flow NOT FLOW!!!!
This NEEDS to happen. The inability to copy cases is absolutely out of control. This makes work flow incredibly slow and tedious as well as making companion cases prone to mistakes or things missing.
A motor vehicle case can easily turn into a separate worker's comp or social security case and the ability to duplicate or copy a case to migrate the information to a new case type would be highly beneficial and a huge time saver.
Hi! Before we migrated to Neos, we operated with a system that would allow file copying. This was super helpful when a case is appealed. We could copy the associated parties (providers) and assigned users (our folks) then update the court information and docket number to reflect the appeal information. It would be very beneficial to have this capability, plus increase productivity so we are not having to manually enter the same information all over again.
