Right now, if you send a DocuSign from Neos, the request is sent with the recipient name in the "Last Name, First Name" format (ex: Smith, John.) Neos users should be able to send requests to "John Smith" so if Mr. Smith decides to use the default DocuSign "typed signature" then your signed document comes back as "John Smith" and not "Smith, John." Shocked no one else has mentioned this before now!
