Copy/Duplicate Cases

It would be beneficial if we could duplicate a whole case to make a new one from it, instead of being able to only copy certain tabs to a case.

Add Checklist Email Template and Text Template generation In the same way that you can generate Word documents and PDF documents, can email templates and text message templates be added to the checklist items to be able to generate when completing?

Neos: Make viewing images easier. Add ability to arrow through images

It would be much easier to see images and have an arrow to scroll through all images in a case. Currently, you have to view each image one by one, and it is extremely time consuming.

Option to deduct expenses before calculating fees on settlement statement

My firm deducts the case expenses before calculating attorney's fees, so the current settlement calculator is useless to me. I would like the option to deduct expenses and then calculate fees and net to client.

On Document Generation Screen, ability to search and select a second document should be allowed.

When you are generating a document from the case, if you select one, search for a different number and try to select a second, you lose your original choice. It would be great if we could select more than one this way. This would be much less time...

Neos: Value Tab Layout. Prevent resizing of the column widths

Same as the column order is remembered, the column size preference should be saved per user per case type. When you resize the columns, then open a value entry, and then go back to the list view, all of the column sizes reduce.

Avaya IP Cloud as an integration with Neos.

Avaya IP Cloud should be offered as an integration with Neos in addition to ring central. Avaya runs off of Ring Central, so this should be an alternative if a firm would like to use additional phone services.
