In addition to automatically tagging emails when sent through Needles, there are certain email addresses that are ALWAYS associated with the same case and it would be great to be able to set up some type of rule to automatically tag all emails to/from that email address to a specific case.

I am in agreement with this. SMS is automatically tagged. Why is the email we send out not automatically linked?
