When previewing a message there is no way to quickly navigate to the case that the message is attached to.
Please make the case # an active link to the case itself. Right now you have to double click on the message, open it in full screen, which is not useful, before you can click the case number. Or you have to copy and search the case number itself. There is simply too many extra clicks to simply navigate somewhere.

the same should be true for any link to the case, number, name, etc; make it easier not harder for users to get directly to where they need to be !
