The Neos case header after the release today now hides most of the fields we have selected unless we maximize the header. We have to click this open every time we navigate to a case as it does not stay open by default.
It would be nice if the header showed more fields by default without clicking it open, or if there was a setting to make it open automatically without needing to click. Or it could remember we clicked it open and keep it open when coming back to a case.

Please put the Case Header back the way it was before the 03/15/23 update. Making it half the size and making it so it won't stay open to the 2nd line is not very handy when moving from Case to Case. Thx!

The additional options that have been added are great but the fact that Case Header does not adapt to screen resolution is leaving tons of empty space. if we could just get Neos to remember we clicked it to stay open across the board that would be great. Major useability issue.

Our firm likes the more compact look, but please make the header do what the update note says and actually use all the horizontal space.
