Neos - Text Messages Should Update with Client's Name in Email Inbox
Text messages are coming through to the email inbox, but the phone number is not updating to read the Client's name, so users do not know who that client is.
Yes, we are new to NEOS and my staff mentioned the same thing. - make sure to enter the client’s name or you will not know who the text is from. Wouold be cool if text went directly to the client’s file in real time like File Vine instead of going back and forth with emails.
