It would be nice if the subject line from a NEOS message when it shows up in our e-mail will say the case name and number instead of just 'you have a new message' which automatically means I have to open up the message to see the case.
ALSO -- the e-mailed message should indicate if the message has me in the TO: line or in the CC: line so that I can see from the message if the message is directed at me, or if i'm just being cc'd to be kept in the loop as to what is going on.
