Currently a vast majority of Neos contact fields display in the formatting of "LASTNAME, FIRSTNAME". This potentially causes problems for say generating templates where you would rather want to select an alternative such as "FIRSTNAME LASTNAME".
Neos users should be allowed to choose either from the settings (say in Default Info have a toggle to select how you would like contacts to be displayed) or when inserting a tag using the Word add-in (an additional menu to select how you wish to insert the name that it is pulling in) so that we have more control over how information is being displayed when using contact fields to better tailor our documents or just our fields inside of the program.
