I open the clients "Case Docs" extremely frequently, but it's usually via explorer as I need to leave what ever tab I am currently working on (mostly records requests to see the actual docs) to perform the task in Needles. It would be nice to have this on the Ribbon under Case (possibly in Status)
It could also appear as an icon net to the menu item case docs, or case docs could be a link to the root folder.
