It would be great if you could see the text communication under a separate tab in the case. Similiar to how you see "docs" or "notes". makes it easier to find the text communication and communicate with the client regarding their case.

Yes. Neos needs a Communications Tab. Where Texting and Email's live - and where you can start new emails and texts from.
