Pinned Notes

It would be helpful to have a "pin note" function that would allow us to have note stay at the top of the notes tab. At least the ability to pin 5 per file.

Case Name Included in Notifications

Since checklist reminders appear under the notifications bell, it would be helpful to include the associated Case name so it's clear which case the reminder is related to—similar to how it's displayed in My Checklist.

In the PDF Editor, Custom Rubber Stamps should be able to be saved

The create feature for rubber stamps is helpful in Neos. However, it would be great if we had the ability to save custom rubber stamps. Then, we could edit date information as necessary instead of creating a new stamp each time!

Enable Zaps to also save pdfs to Neos

Zapier integration with CourtDrive will enable law firms to automatically save their court pleadings / PDFs directly into Neos on a per matter basis, but it would require that Zaps can save PDFs to Neos. It would automate a completely mundane task...

Ability to sort reports by date added to mailing list

We have a mailing list we add client's names to for various tasks. It would be helpful to sort this by the date they were added to a particular list. That way we can say "all those added to the list after this date, get this message", etc.

Reinstate sorting by "Date" in the Case Calendar

It is imperative that we are able to sort by the date of the calendar entry on the Case Calendar.

Quickbooks integrator should be able to send over deposits in one transaction

Similar to how bulk checks are created, Neos should give us the ability to send over deposits to QB in one transaction, instead of single transactions, as it is going to the same account
