I have noticed that if I start a message thread and have to leave that to start a new one on a completely different client, I lose all my information, notes and data from the previous one that was started. It does not matter if I have already filled the TO, CC or CASE NUMBER info the unsent message will get cleared and replace by the new one you start.
Being the secretary for the entire office, I answer every phone call that comes to our office all day and depending on the call, I have to take either notes or messages from client for case managers. It would beneficial to have the ability to start multiple message threads all at the same time.
