Messages: If a case #is entered, it should put in the client name
Messages: If a case #is entered, it should automatically put in the client name. I have multiple messages that only have a case number and I have to open the case to see who the client is.
It does if you click on the search icon and "Select" the case after entering the case number. The preferred way to send a message is to be in the case that you want the message attached to and click the "+" sign, then on the top of the call out, under the case name, click "Add Message". The new message will automatically be attached to the case in the Message with Case Number and Case Name.
A more efficient option is to use Mentions. In the body of a Note, click the "@" sign and start typing an employee's name. The employees name will pop up and click on the name. Save the Note. The Employee will receive an email and a message (Depending on Notification Settings in the User Staff Profile). Click on the hyperlink in message or email and the note opens. Super powerful. Our office loves Mentions.
