Neos now auto fills the email subject line with the Neos case number, but almost every insurance company requires that the subject line be only the insurance company claim number. That is how the message gets into the right file on their end. They don't organize anything by OUR claim number. It would be great to have subject line options that include just claim numbers in the case. Most insurance companies don't allow us to even include the client's name in the subject line.
Also, maybe the records tab could include an email option, and the subject line options could be the account numbers.
