Currently, when adding an insurance company to the tab, you must pick a "party" or Neos won't allow you to save it. There are many times were we are giving insurance insurance but do not have the party name associated to that insurance company. We should have to wait to enter a party name for Neos to allow me to save the insurance information. Also, by default, it automatically enters the plaintiff as a party when adding a new insurance provider to the tab. This feature should be removed as well.
