It just helps save time. Most adjusters need claim #s in the subject line. I send my faxes through email so it would be helpful to be able to just send the email straight from Neos but it requires a subject line. Right now the way it is set up - you have to open the email you want to send in outlook.
ABSOLUTELY!
When I email a document from Case Docs (or probably any other tab, but I really only use Case Docs), there should be a subject line. I wish there was a subject line that automatically generated the case name, but, at the very least, there should be a blank subject line for us to fill out if we'd like. Similarly to how emailing in TrialWorks worked.
For example, I email out a lot of copies of various motions. In Case Docs, they are usually titled, as I expect they are for most people, for example, "Pl Mtn to Compel." If I ever need to go into my Sent Box to find a specific motion to compel, it's nearly impossible as none of them have subject lines and, therefore, cannot possibly be distinguished without physically opening each file.
