When sending an email in Outlook, you currently have to tag the email separately from sending the email. Would like to have the option, like in older versions, where you can just post & send email in Outlook and attach to the case.

Also be able to link to the case once its taged/posted like you could do in needles, now you cannot hope into the case after you post it

To specify the add-in would need to send the email before tagging. Tagging after sending always results with 100% working notes being tagged from Outlook. This would be similar to the way older versions functioned as they were able to send and post.

Please consider adding this ASAP. Every time I send an email, I have to wait 3 seconds for Outlook to send it, then I go and tag it. It adds a lot of clunk to the workflow. I can feel the drag it puts on every workday
