It would be a time saver for those who receive a lot of emails to be able to tag more than one email at a time. Currently, it only allows you to select a single email and tag it to a case. When multiple emails are selected, the option to tag is removed.
Bulk tagging is available by installing the latest version of the outlook add-in from the Microsoft Add-In store.
the current system works great if you only get 10 email per day; and WHO does that these days ?? select/tag feature should be added asap

The inability to group tag emails is my biggest complaint with Neos. Please fix this!
Busy law offices get an inordinate amount of email. It is impossible to function with a system that requires emails to be tagged individually. We need a way to tag more than one email at a time into a corresponding file so that we can quickly move email out of our inbox and into the corresponding file. We do not care it we lose the feature to pick a topic.
