Ability to set the Outlook Add-in to automatically tag responses to emails sent from a case in Neos
Having items auto tag when they are a response to an email sent from the case in Neos would decrease the amount of time it takes to file/tag emails every day
*Not only time, but it would also avoid emails not being tagged to each case due to staff members possibly forgetting. If they forget and it doesn't appear an email was responded to when it was, it sometimes creates a chain of confusion and the staff members cannot always clarify the situation promptly.
it is called 'efficiency and effectiveness'
please adopt this feature asap
