Add option to search by All when searching for a case to tag an email to from the Neos Outlook Add-in
Add the All option in the Neos Outlook add-in when searching for a case just like the option when searching for something in Neos. This will save users time from switching between searching by case number or name.
Yes that would be very helpfull to add "ALL" when tagging an email from outlook to Needles instead of going and changing from # to name to ...... thank you.
give users the option to select their own default rather than telling them they only have one option, no option at all
