It would be helpful to that the Neos Outlook add-in Case info button change color to indicate that the email that was received was tagged to a case and even show the tagging history of the Email Thread so we can ensure quickly that all the correspondence is being captured on our cases. Back in the Needles days, the Billing info field was used to at least identify that at some point in the email thread that the correspondence was linked to a case. The issue with highlighting the email category with a Neos topic is the person receiving the email has no way of telling if the correspondence has been tagged or not because the category does not get passed along to the recipients of the email.
