June 24 update was an improvement with CC and BCC. But really need the all staff associated to case to be listed in drop down. Instead of having to type entire email addresses of staff.
This very issue came up as the attorney wanted to know why he could not easily cc me (the paralegal) when sending emails through Neos making it not user friendly
The majority of emails sent by our attorneys include their support staff in the cc to keep them in the loop. The attorneys are frustrated that they cannot quickly/easily add their staff on emails originating within Neos. Not having a CC field within Neos emails and not having staff email addresses in the dropdown menu for inclusion in emails is not user friendly.

We went live 45 days ago and staff are requesting this.
This absolutely needs to be a feature it is really difficult for some of our staff members to take time to type out everyone's emails like that.
Yes please this would be very helpful we just went live with Neos this week and that was one of the first items that I found to be less than optimal.
