Commenting to bump this one up on the trending list so Neos might actually mark this or one of the many similar ideas as future consideration. There's zero reason case assigned staff emails shouldn't appear in any email dropdown in a case. It's exhausting typing them in as custom items multiple times a day, particularly since we cannot attach/link a document to a posted message.
