Filevine has this feature where if you email a specific address assigned to a case it will add the email to the notes tab and any attachments to the case docs. The way it's set up right now with the Outlook app is rather tedious and I think it'd be faster to give an email to every case. Something like JohnSmith+LawFirm+Randomnumber@neos-cloud.com would work.
