When emailing from Notes Tab, Neos presently provide the option to send to parties and counsel listed in the case. I would like the ability to be able to click individuals within my organization as well, especially, the assigned staff. It would also be great if it would access other addresses from the Neos address book.

When emailing from the Notes tab, the ability to click on ANYONE within my own organization would be great. Sending to ones within my organization is how it is most used.
Where the option to email is present the assigned staff should always be included in that drop down list. In fact, they should be first......
It is illogical to not include all case-associated staff in the email options, as this can lead to errors either by having to manually type in the recipient or accidentally selecting the wrong party.
In the previous data management system I could click on any case associated email address and it would include the case name and number in the subject line, then I could attach documents from that file directly to go out. It would also be cool if there was a send and save feature. Especially since the new Outlook option will not longer allow a direct drag and drop.
