Currently the notes section only populates emails in the To, BCC, CC dropdowns that are associated with the case already. Allowing you to add emails to this dropdown and save them would save time when you need to email someone that is not already in the dropdown.

Please also allow removal of those associated to the case (such as referred by) that are not needed.
This would be a great improvement for us as the emails for the adjusters we send things to are constantly changing. It would also be nice for internal office emails.
The ability to save email addresses to the dropdown for future use would save a lot of time. I routinely email my attorneys assigned to files from Neos, but I do not necessarily want to add them as parties to the cases since our cases are reassigned routinely.
This is to improve the send email feature from the Notes tab in NEOS.
