When we receive an e-mail w/ the alert that we're getting a message from NEOS from a staff member, the e-mail doesn't tell us who else was CC'd on the message. The e-mail should tell us who else was cc'd or in the to line on the message so that the user can know if it's an FYI type of message, or if it's directed directly to that user. Thank you.
