Please add the full case name to the pop up window in NEOS-Outlook has it. This is because we have the main client, and many matters for the client. At a glance, when searching in NEOS, we can't be going through 21 (or 80 or 100) names of the same client to find the one matter we need. I've attached how it looks in Outlook. As well, in Outlook pop-uo, can we also get the Alt Case # Added. It's serves as a double-check before filing.
