NEOS - Alt Case Number in OL Search

Not all firms go by the Needles case number. It would be nice to be able to see the alternate case number when searching a case to tag it in outlook.

    ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! SERIOUS THIS WOULD HELP!!!

    I don't use it because it does not have this feature.
