Currently the only information that shows up on the appointment in Outlook is the clients case numbers. Which we do not know by memory, I think the clients name should be listed in the OUtlook appt as well as a link to the case in needles neos.

this should be easy, Neos knows the case name, the code tells Neos which field to display, so just redirect it to display the case name first, then the case number, IF the user so selects that option; I don't care if I ever see another case number, ever...names ring bells, numbers don't
