The checklist items should automatically mark themselves as N/A or no longer be active once a case has been marked in CLO status and closed out.
I completely agree with Guest. This should not be a "wish list"...It's a fix!
I can't believe this is a "wish list" item. The fact that checklist items pop up after a case is closed is a significant flaw in the program that should be fixed, not voted on.
