Re the end of Jan 2022 search capacity update: Please alphabetize the results; Lastname, Firstname. It is time consuming to scroll thru a million last names of Smith. Additionally fix the "Please add more details" link/section in this "Ideas & Enhancements" area. It does not open, allow me to enter any characters & the "attach files" link does not function. Hence, this resulting long entry.

Case Calendar Tab view and printing

it would be nice for staff to be able to see a Case Calendar in the view of an actual calendar or to be able to export it to a calendar view to save as a PDF or to print.

Neos: When adding a new checklist to the primary checklist, it is automatically added to the intake checklist. Add an option to select whether to add to just cases, or add to both cases and intakes

Sometimes the checklists are not needed until the intake is made a case. Because the staff role doesn't exist in the intake, it is automatically assigned to the main person and is muddying up their checklist reports.
