A Note created in the Value Tab, with an attachment should be visible in the Value Tab. This will help Accountants/Bookkeepers see/download/print the attachment in the Value Tab Notes where the complete value entry is visible. Right now, you have to look at the value entry then go to the Notes tab to have access to the attachment.
