Many clients include emojis in their texts back to us, and they show up in the system as question marks (?). If the system to translate them to the correct character (or even read them into the system the way voice-assisted messaging does), that would be helpful in understanding the client.

please fix this asap; texting is essential these days and to make it ambiguous/confusing turns a tool into a huge problem, more trouble than benefit
