Put back the Location Tag for Appointments

Prior to the calendar update, for document templates a tag existed for "Location | Case.Appointments.Location." Please put this back. It's relevant and important and our templates that use it no longer function properly.

Restore persistent mini calendar to calendar view

Having an always visible mini calendar is very helpful to our staff for scheduling purposes. Our staff is now very upset that it is gone in the redesign. Please restore it to its previous position.

Show events as "free" instead of "busy" when using case calendar feature.

When all day events get put on the outlook calendar from the neos case calendar, the entire day gets greyed out. It would be great to have the "Show as" section default to "free" instead of "busy" to save time for employees.
