All fields, tabs, screens, etc throughout Neos are the same washed out white/pale gray, minimal color scheme. This makes is hard to visually differentiate various fields. Fields of greater importance, or which need to be accessed more often, could be highlighted with color or emphasized with bolder fonts so that they are easier to find more quickly, saving time. Needles was much easier to navigate with its bolder color schemes. Or, even an overall dark color scheme option would help quickly distinguish the window as a whole from Outlook email, etc.
