I have recently learned that we cannot text to a number that is not in the Party screen. Increasingly it is more successful to text a non party, witness, etc, rather than calling as people do not answer calls from unknown numbers. Please modify Neos to allow for texting to non party numbers at the earliest opportunity. Thank you.
We need to be able to send text messages to ANY providers associated with a case file. If a doctor, client relative, expert, or other attorney is associated to the case file, but not listed on the parties tab because they are not named parties in the lawsuit, then we are unable to send text messages or post call logs to the case. Please allow "post to case" dropdown box in call logs and text messages to pull from any providers associated on a case. Named parties are not the only people who call on cases, nor are they the only people we need to contact via SMS. Sometimes it is necessary for us to text our experts, client relatives and other counsel. Thank you!

We want the ability to text to witnesses without having to add the witness as a party. Please add this functionality.
