Neos doesn't provide a merge option in templates for total of all value items (it breaks it down by provider only). For example, when you choose "Total Value" it requires you select one provider and gives the total value of that provider ONLY. It would be helpful for Neos to have a merge field for pulling the "sum(TOTAL)" of all MED providers (and costs and so forth from value). These fields exist within the value tab (see attached), but there is no template merge field.
