When you go to a provider and click on List Provider usage it allows you to see the case #, involvement, dormant, and case type. It would be easier if it showed the client's name so that you can easily know which clients were seen by that provider without having to click on each case one by one. Also in Needles 4 you were able to create a report and print the list out. It would be useful to have those options as well.
