Why is the message feature missing the ability to add an attachment! This is a missing piece that reduces efficiency. Currently, I have to email staff an attachment and then save the email in order to share an attachment. Adding an attachment to a note is no good unless the staff knows the note is there.
Neos needs to fix this as it will significantly increase efficiency in case handling.
