In N4/N5 when posting an email from the Outlook add-in, the user could choose 'Post to companion cases' and then choose the companion cases to choose from. The current Neos add-in does not have that functionality. Currently, emails have to be posted and then the note copied to another case from the Notes tab.

agree, many times we represent more than one person/separate cases, arising from the same event, why compel duplicate work, isn't that what computers are supposed to help us avoid ?
