Currently, the Outlook add-in does not accommodate filing of email attachments into Neos. Likewise, it does not permit filing email messages themselves directly to the Documents section (instead populating in "Notes"). A large share of our "documents" and key records are actually in email form, so it would be very helpful if emails and email attachments could be filed directly into Documents.
