I really like being able to automate a text message to be generated through a checklist item. However, a future enhancement would be to allow for my staff to schedule an appointment reminder to go out at a future date. In my workers comp practice it is important to remind clients to attend medical appointments (IMEs). Being able to set this up with a future send date would be a HUGE enhancement.
