We should be able to send a text message to a provider, not just provider's that have a case assigned.

Be able to send a message from the client note tab to a team member and post to the file instead of having to go to the message tab and doing from there. It is an extra step and a waste of valuable time. You then have to look at the client’s tab above to type in the client’s case number you are referring to. Let’s get this solved.
