want to be able to have email templates that can be used in the notes tab outside of "Intake Pro" and "Checklist Automation" pro features. Just want to be able to send emails from the Notes tab with pre-saved email templates.

Our firm would use this every day many times a day in cases. We have not found much use for the templates with intakes because the needs of an intake are so different depending on their situation. Once you get into a case though and are interacting with adjusters and opposing counsel and setting up phone calls and appointments, you use repetitive language all the time. Having centralized email templates in Neos would make all the daily stuff in the life of a case so much easier and efficient.
