Templates for Intakes and Cases

Would like the option to use the same template for both intakes and cases rather than having to upload the same template twice.

Alternative, create the option to copy the template from case to intake (or vice versa).

Intake templates should be available as a selection from the Case menu. I shouldn't be precluded from seeing them in an all templates view. We have categories and they could be sorted, but just purposefully blocking them doesn't really help me - rather it's just an additional impediment if something is forgotten.
